Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by White Volt Electrical & Renewables Ltd ("White Volt", "we", "our" or "us"). By accepting a quotation or instructing us to carry out work, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information available at the time of issue and may be subject to revision if project requirements, specifications or site conditions change.
3. Variations
Any additional work requested outside the original quotation may result in additional charges. Any variations will be discussed and agreed where reasonably possible before additional work is carried out.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in accordance with applicable legislation.
5. Access & Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area and ensuring any necessary permissions, approvals or consents have been obtained before work commences.
6. Completion & Delays
Any estimated start or completion dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. White Volt shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, adverse weather, restricted access or unforeseen site conditions.
7. Workmanship & Warranty
White Volt undertakes all work with reasonable care, skill and professionalism. Workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant manufacturer.
8. Liability
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any liability which cannot legally be excluded. White Volt shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or business losses arising from the use of our services.
9. Cancellations
Any cancellation of agreed works should be communicated in writing as soon as possible. White Volt reserves the right to recover reasonable costs incurred prior to cancellation, including materials ordered and labour already committed.
10. Complaints
We are committed to providing a high standard of service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and work towards a resolution.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
